Jerry holds an MBA in Finance from Saginaw Valley State University. He is a certified appraiser and a property tax specialist, with nine years' experience at the Michigan Department of Treasury. At the state, Jerry supervised the Utilities Valuation Section, including the appraisal of railroads, private railcar companies, telecommunication companies, oil and gas properties, and hydroelectric, nuclear, and fossil fuel power plants.
