Chip earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Texas, an MBA in Finance from Colorado State University, and is a CPA and certified internal auditor. After several years in public accounting, Chip joined Rash & Associates in 1990 as our CFO. Chip also manages our property tax check writing services.
