Property Tax Alert: Utah

A Utah property tax rule pertaining to the disclosure of commercial property information is amended to provide that, for purposes of the rule, "assessed value of the property" includes any value proposed for the property. The rule also was amended to delete duplicate provisions that were codified in the statute.
