A leaflet has been issued answering questions that property and special tax taxpayers are likely to confront when they are preparing for a hearing before the California State Board of Equalization. The leaflet briefly discusses what materials a taxpayer will receive prior to the hearing, representation before the Board, postponement, accrual of interest, and settlement.
