Property Tax Alert: New York City

In his State of the City address on January 26, 2006, New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg announced that the city will continue the $400 property tax rebate program this year, and the Mayor will ask the state Legislature to extend the rebates for the remainder of his term.
