The maximum income limit a locality in Northern Virginia may impose in providing property tax exemptions or deferrals to the elderly or disabled has been increased from $72,000 to $75,000. The eligible localities include the counties of Arlington, Clarke, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, and Stafford, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park, and any incorporated town located in the specified counties.
