Property Tax Alert: New Hampshire

A new five-year municipal property tax assessment review schedule beginning April 1, 2007, is to be adopted by the Commissioner of Revenue Administration. By August 24, 2007, the commissioner is required to notify each city, town, or unincorporated place of the property tax year for which the assessment review will occur.
