The North Dakota Office of the State Tax Commissioner has issued the August 2007 edition of the Property Tax Newsletter. This edition addresses legislative updates and implementation, uniformity of the 2007 assessments, administration of the disabled veterans' property tax exemption, and foreclosure of tax liens. Also discussed are the effects of changes in assessments on partially exempt property.
