Property Tax Alert: Nebraska

The Nebraska Department of Revenue has announced the real property tax credit rate for the year 2007. The rate is set at $83.22 per $100,000 of valuation. The tax credit is a reduction to the individual property owner's tax bill and has no bearing on the property tax rates set by a political subdivision.
