Rash & Associates has the national exposure from managing properties in thousands of taxing jurisdictions to provide accurate and timely management reporting for our clients. Our database retains detailed property tax information for each client's properties, throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Utilizing the historic and current information in our database enables us to furnish information to our clients in any number of useful reports. Many of our most requested reports are available over the web through our on-line client database. Also, other reports can be requested as needed and emailed to our clients at their convenience.

One of the most requested reports Rash provides is for accrual estimates on tax payments. We understand, in today’s business environment, the importance of accurate reporting and our client’s need for regular updates on tax estimates, tax payments, protest results, valuation adjustments and many other property tax related items.

In addition, since we have developed our own software and reporting systems, we can custom develop any property tax related report our clients may desire.
